Mr. Zinabu Hailu Siyum has received his Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from Adama Science and Technology University, Ethiopia and Master of Science in Food Engineering from Addis Ababa Institute of Technology, Ethiopia. Mr. Zinabu has working as lecturer and researcher in Chemical engineering department of Adigrat University. Moreover, he also worked as Food Engineering Team coordinator. Besides, He also served as Head of research and community service of Beles Institute of the University. Currently, he has working as Director of the Institute. He has an industrial experience as a position of Quality Assurance, documentation and training department head for half of year, more than four years University teaching experience and over three years of research experience in the field of food Processing, food post-harvest technology and food Science and Engineering. He is an expert in the area of Food post-harvest technology, food safety and quality, food processing and food science and engineering. He has also various training and conference participation certifications.  Mr. Zinabu Hailu current research interests are in areas of food product development and characterization, food packaging, food processing, food post-harvest technology, food safety and quality, food Science and engineering. He has published about three articles in reputed peer-reviewed international journals like Journal of Chemical engineering and process technology and Journal of zoology and entomology. EDUCATION
